The Internet has many benefi ts. It allows us to stay in touch, get news and information,
and buy things cheaply. However, we also need to know how to stay
safe, protect our personal information, avoid scams, and use the right tools on
our computers.

• Learn to protect yourself from identity theft, scams, and fraud.
• Learn how to save money by shopping safely.
• Even if you’ve never used a computer, come ask questions. Be informed!
