S7293 NOZZOLIO AN ACT to amend the criminal procedure law,  in  relation  to  retaining peace officer status for parole officers
S7514 MARTINS AN ACT to amend the insurance  law,  in  relation  to  an  exemption  to certain   provisions   of  law  relating  to  risk-based  capital  for property/casualty  insurance  companies;   and   to   repeal   certain provisions of the insurance law relating thereto
S7614 ROBACH AN ACT to amend the civil service  law,  in  relation  to  compensation, benefits  and  other terms and conditions of employment of state offi cers and employees who are the members  of  the  security  supervisors unit;  to  amend  the  state  finance law, in relation to the employee benefit fund for all members of  the  security supervisors  unit;  to amend  chapter  15  of the laws of 2012 amending the civil service law and other laws relating to compensation and benefits of certain  state officers  and employees, in relation to increases in salary payable to officers and employees; to authorize funding of joint labor-management committees; to implement  an  agreement  between  the  state  and  the employee  organization representing the members of the security supervisors unit; to repeal certain provisions of  the  civil  service  law relating  thereto;  and  making  an  appropriation  for the purpose of effectuating certain provisions thereof
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
S7638 SALAND AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to establishing a domes tic violence fatality review team, adding members to the advisory council, and  repealing  subdivision 10 of section 575 of such law relating to the New York state address confidentiality program (Part A); to amend the public health law, in relation to the disposition of remains (Part B); to amend the executive law, in relation to the address confidentiality program of the department of state; and to amend chapter 502 of the laws of 2011 amending the executive law relating to authorizing the secretary of state to accept service of process and receipt of mail on behalf of victims of domestic violence for the purpose of maintaining the confidentiality of the location of such victims, in relation to the effectiveness thereof (Part  C); to amend  the criminal procedure law, in relation to the consideration of certain factors when determining the issuance of an order of recognizance or bail; and to amend the penal law and the criminal procedure law, in relation to the creation of the crime of aggravated family offense  (Part  D); and to amend the insurance law, in relation to a reasonable request to receive communications of health information by alternative  means  or at alternative locations when disclosure of the information could endanger the person (Part E)
