MYFOXNY.COM - New York State Senate Majority Leader Pedro Espada Jr. wants to see a $2 toll for drivers to cross the East River bridges.

The idea isn't a new one for Espada who proposed the tolls last year.

Espada tells Good Day NY's Rosanna Scotto that he wants to use the money to save free, student  Metro Cards.

WHITE PLAINS, NY- State Senator and Deputy Majority Leader Jeff Klein (D-Bronx/Westchester) and the NYS Senate's Westchester Delegation listened to more than two-dozen Westchester residents, community groups, businesses, and local elected officials at a public budget hearing in Greenburgh on Friday. NYS Senate Westchester Delegation to Hold Hearings on Executive Budget for 2010-11
