     State Senator Betty Little is pictured with West Point Cadet Michael Monty in the State Capitol, Wednesday, April 28.  Cadet Monty, a 2005 Plattsburgh High School graduate, was part of a small contingent of cadets who traveled to Albany to participate in the 58th Annual West Point Day.
