Pheffer) -- read once and referred to the Committee on Corpo- rations, Authorities and Commissions AN ACT to amend the public authorities law, in relation to providing for the construction of capital facilities for Broad Channel Volunteers, Inc. doing business as Broad Channel Volunteer Fire Department and Ambulance Corps, a not-for-profit corporation THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The undesignated paragraph of paragraph (b) of subdivision 2 of section 1676 of the public authorities law, as added by chapter 95 of the laws of 2010, is amended to read as follows: BROAD CHANNEL VOLUNTEERS, INC. DOING BUSINESS AS Broad Channel Volun- teer Fire Department and Ambulance Corps[, Inc.] for the purpose of providing construction related services in connection with the construction, reconstruction, improvement, renovation, development or expansion of facilities owned by BROAD CHANNEL VOLUNTEERS, INC. DOING BUSINESS AS Broad Channel Volunteer Fire Department and Ambulance Corps[, Inc.] located at [23 West 11th Road, Broad Channel] 305 CROSSBAY BOULEVARD, COUNTY OF QUEENS, BLOCK 15304, LOT 450, New York 11693. S 2. The undesignated paragraph of subdivision 1 of section 1680 of the public authorities law, as added by chapter 95 of the laws of 2010, is amended to read as follows: BROAD CHANNEL VOLUNTEERS, INC. DOING BUSINESS AS Broad Channel Volun- teer Fire Department and Ambulance Corps[, Inc.] for the purpose of providing construction related services in connection with the construction, reconstruction, improvement, renovation, development or expansion of facilities owned by BROAD CHANNEL VOLUNTEERS, INC.
