BRADLEY, GABRYSZAK, LUPARDO, ROBINSON, TITONE, WEISENBERG -- read once and referred to the Committee on Higher Education AN ACT to amend the education law, in relation to public librarian certificate fee THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 279 of the education law, as amended by chapter 458 of the laws of 1959, is amended to read as follows: S 279. Fees. 1. A fee of [five] FIFTY dollars shall be paid for each public librarian's certificate [or school librarian's certificate] issued under THIS part [two of this article] AS DEFINED IN REGULATIONS PROMULGATED BY THE COMMISSIONER. 2. A FEE OF SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS SHALL BE PAID FOR EACH PUBLIC LIBRAR- IAN'S CONDITIONAL OR TEMPORARY CERTIFICATE ISSUED UNDER THIS PART AS DEFINED IN REGULATIONS PROMULGATED BY THE COMMISSIONER. S 2.
