AN ACT to authorize the village of Upper Brookville to expend trust
funds to provide access to a park
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the village of
Upper Brookville, town of Oyster Bay, county of Nassau is hereby author-
ized to expend trust funds from the recreation site and improvement fund
of such village for the repair, renovation and restoration of a portion
of Donna Drive to provide appropriate accesses to a passive park. Such
expenditure of trust funds shall be made by majority vote of the board
of trustees of the village of Upper Brookville and shall not exceed a
total of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000).
S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
