  printed to be committed to the Committee on Rules

AN ACT in relation  to  participation  in  the  Seymour  public  library
  district  by  that  portion  of the town of Fleming located within the
  boundaries of the Auburn enlarged city school district

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Notwithstanding the provisions of any general, special or
local law to the contrary, the Seymour public library  district  created
and  established  in the county of Cayuga pursuant to chapter 615 of the
laws of 1992 shall include that portion of the town of  Fleming  located
within  the  boundaries  of  the  Auburn  enlarged  city school district
subject to a referendum of the voters of that portion  of  the  town  of
Fleming  located    within  the  boundaries  of the Auburn enlarged city
school district.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
