AN  ACT  to  amend  the  correction law, in relation to the sex offender
  registry

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Paragraph  (c)  of  subdivision 1 of section 168-b of the
correction law, as amended by chapter 11 of the laws of 2002, is amended
to read as follows:
  (c) A description of the  offense  for  which  the  sex  offender  was
convicted, the date of conviction and the sentence imposed INCLUDING THE
TYPE OF ASSIGNED SUPERVISION AND THE LENGTH OF TIME OF SUCH SUPERVISION.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
