AN ACT to amend the  public  health  law,  in  relation  to  designating
  certain  additional  substances as schedule I hallucinogenic or stimu-
  lant controlled substances

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Subdivision (d) of schedule I of section 3306 of the public
health  law  is  amended by adding eleven new paragraphs 33, 34, 35, 36,
37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42 and 43 to read as follows:
  (33) 2-(4-BROMO-2,3,6,7-TETRAHYDROFURO[2,3-F][1]BENSOFURAN-8-YL)
ETHANAMINE (2C-B-FLY).
  (34) 2-(4-BROMO-2,3,6,7-TETRAHYDROFURO[2,3-F][1]BENSOFURAN-8-YL)-
1-METHYL-ETHYL]AMINE (3C-B-FLY).
  (35) 2-(4-BROMOFURO[2,3-F]BENZOFURAN-8-YL)-1-METHYL-ETHYL]AMINE
(BROMO-DRAGONFLY).
  (36) 2-(3-METHOXYPHENYL)-2-(ETHYLAMINO)CYCLOHEXANONE (METHOXETAMINE).
  (37) 2-(2, 5-DIMETHOXY-4-ETHYLPHENYL) ETHANAMINE (2C-E).
  (38) 2-(2, 5-DIMETHOXY-4-METHYLPHENYL) ETHANAMINE (2C-D).
  (39) 2-(4-CHLORO-2, 5-DIMETHOXYPHENYL) ETHANAMINE (2C-C).
  (40) 5-METHOXY-N, N-DIALLYLTRYPTAMINE (5-MEO-DALT).
  (41) 5-METHOXY-N, N-DIISOPROPYTRYPTAMINE (5-MEO-DIPT).
  (42) 3-METHOXYETICYCLIDINE (3-MEO-PCE).
  (43) 4-METHOXYPHENCYCLIDINE (4-MEO-PCP; METHOXYDINE).
  S 2. Subdivision (f) of schedule I  of  section  3306  of  the  public
health  law  is amended by adding five new paragraphs 11, 12, 13, 14 and
15 to read as follows:
  (11) 6,7-DIHYDRO-5H-CYCLOPENTA[F] [1,3] BENZODIOXOL-6-AMINE
OR 5, 6-METHYLENEDIOXY-2-AMINOINDANE (MDAI).
  (12) 5-IODO-2, 3-DIHYDRO-1H-INDEN-2-AMINE (5-IAI).
  (13) 6-(2-AMINOPROPYL) BENZOFURAN OR 1-BENZOFURAN-6-YLPROPAN-2-AMINE
(6-APB OR BENFAMINE).
  (14) 2,3-DIHYDRO-1H-INDEN-2-AMINE (2-AI).

                      [ ] is old law to be omitted.
