AN  ACT  to  amend  the  environmental  conservation law, in relation to
  expanding the yearling buck protection program to  include  additional
  wildlife management units

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Subdivision 3  of  section  11-0914  of  the  environmental
conservation  law,  as  added  by  chapter  486  of the laws of 2011, is
amended to read as follows:
  3. Wildlife management units. These restrictions shall only  apply  to
WILDLIFE  MANAGEMENT  UNITS  7M  AND  7P,  AND  that portion of wildlife
management unit 3A south and west of state route twenty-eight.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

                      [ ] is old law to be omitted.
