BARCLAY, CERETTO, DUPREY, McLAUGHLIN -- read once and referred to the Committee on Economic Development AN ACT to amend the alcoholic beverage control law, in relation to lowering the alcohol license fees for seasonally operated bars THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The alcoholic beverage control law is amended by adding a new section 132 to read as follows: S 132. REDUCED FEES FOR SEASONAL BAR LICENSURE. OWNERS THAT OPERATE A SEASONAL BAR SHALL PAY A PRORATED AMOUNT OF THE FEE, BASED ON THE NUMBER OF MONTHS IN OPERATION. S 2. The state liquor authority shall be authorized to promulgate any rules or regulations with regard to this act. S 3. This act shall take effect on the ninetieth day after it shall have become a law.
