AN ACT in relation to village justices in the incorporated village of
Sands Point, county of Nassau
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of any other
general or special law, in the event the incorporated village of Sands
Point, county of Nassau, has two village justices, it may also by resol-
ution or local law, provide for an additional acting village justice or
in the event such village has one village justice, it may also by resol-
ution or local law, provide for two acting village justices.
S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
