  printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Government

AN ACT to amend chapter 121 of the laws of 2012, relating to authorizing
  the use of sewer surplus for infrastructure projects other than  sewer
  projects in the village of Patchogue, in relation to the effectiveness
  thereof

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 121 of the laws of 2012,  relating  to
authorizing  the  use of sewer surplus for infrastructure projects other
than sewer projects in the village of Patchogue, as amended  by  chapter
301 of the laws of 2013, is amended to read as follows:
  S  2.  This  act  shall take effect on the sixtieth day after it shall
have become a law and shall expire and be  deemed  repealed  [two  years
after such date] DECEMBER 31, 2015.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
