Introduced  by  Sens.  LANZA,  AVELLA,  GOLDEN -- read twice and ordered
  printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Cities

AN ACT to amend chapter 259 of the laws of 2004,  relating  to  enacting
  the  Coordinated  Construction Act for Lower Manhattan, in relation to
  the effectiveness of the provisions of such chapter

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Section  5 of chapter 259 of the laws of 2004 relating to
enacting the  Coordinated  Construction  Act  for  Lower  Manhattan,  as
amended  by  chapter  231  of  the  laws  of 2004, is amended to read as
follows:
  S 5. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  expire  and  be
deemed repealed December 31, [2014] 2024.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
