AN  ACT  to amend the executive law, in relation to designating Campfire
  lake, Echo lake and Pocantico river as inland waterways  for  purposes
  of waterfront revitalization

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Paragraph (a) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu-
tive law, as separately amended by chapters 300 and 308 of the  laws  of
2014, is amended to read as follows:
  (a)  the  state's major inland lakes consisting of lakes Ballston, Big
Tupper, Black, CAMPFIRE,  Canadarago,  Canandaigua,  Cayuga,  Champlain,
Chateaugay, Chautauqua, Conesus, Cranberry, ECHO (IN THE COUNTY OF WEST-
CHESTER),  George,  Great  Sacandaga,  [Honoeye] HONEOYE, Indian, Keuka,
Long,  Mirror,  Oneida,  Onondaga,  Otisco,  Otsego,   Owasco,   Placid,
Raquette, Ronkonkoma, Sacandaga, Saratoga, Schroon, Seneca, Skaneateles,
Silver  (in  the county of Wyoming) and Saranac, and the Fulton chain of
lakes;
  S 2. Paragraph (b) of subdivision 4 of section 911  of  the  executive
law,  as  separately  amended by chapters 265, 272, 298, 310, and 311 of
the laws of 2014, is amended to read as follows:
  (b) the state's major rivers  comprised  of  the  Allegheny,  Ausable,
Battenkill,  Black, Boquet, Canisteo, Chaumont (including Chaumont bay),
Chemung, Cohocton, Delaware, Deer, Genesee, Grasse, Great Chazy, Hoosic,
Hudson north of the federal dam at Troy, Indian, Little (in the  Adiron-
dack  park),  Little  Ausable,  Little Salmon (including north and south
branches), Mad, Mettowee,  Mohawk,  Oswegatchie,  POCANTICO,  Racquette,
Sacandaga,  Salmon,  Saranac,  Schroon, Susquehanna, Tioga, Tioughnioga,
Wallkill and Buffalo rivers, and the north and middle  branches  of  the
Moose river;
  S 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
