AN ACT to amend chapter 159 of the laws of 2013, amending  the  environ-
  mental  conservation law relating to authorizing hunting in the county
  of Wayne, in relation to the effectiveness thereof, and to  amend  the
  environmental conservation law, in relation to hunting in Wayne county

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Subdivisions b, c, and d of section 4 of chapter 159 of the
laws of 2013, amending the environmental conservation  law  relating  to
authorizing  hunting  in  the  county  of  Wayne, are amended to read as
follows:
  b. the amendments to item (f) of  paragraph  a  of  subdivision  2  of
section  11-0907  of  the environmental conservation law made by section
two of this act shall be subject to the expiration and reversion of such
item and shall expire and be deemed repealed therewith, when  upon  such
date the provision of section three of this act shall take effect; AND
  c.  the  amendments  to  item  (f)  of paragraph a of subdivision 2 of
section 11-0907 of the environmental conservation law  made  by  section
three  of  this  act shall be subject to the expiration and reversion of
such paragraph and shall expire and be deemed repealed therewith[; and
  d. nothing contained in this act shall be construed so  as  to  extend
the  provisions  of this act beyond October 1, 2015, when upon such date
this act shall expire and  the  provisions  contained  herein  shall  be
deemed repealed].
  S  2.  Paragraph a of subdivision 2 of section 11-0907 of the environ-
mental conservation law is amended by adding a new item (j) to  read  as
follows:

(J) THE COUNTY OF         DEER, THE FIRST          PISTOL, SHOTGUN,
WAYNE                     SATURDAY AFTER NOVEMBER  MUZZLE LOADING

 EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets
                      [ ] is old law to be omitted.

AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to hunt-
  ing  in  Wayne  county;  and to amend chapter 159 of the laws of 2013,
  amending the environmental conservation law  relating  to  authorizing
  hunting  in the county of Wayne, in relation to making such provisions
  permanent

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.    Paragraph  a of subdivision 2 of section 11-0907 of the
environmental conservation law is amended by adding a new  item  (j)  to
read as follows:

(J) THE COUNTY OF     DEER AND BEAR, THE FIRST     PISTOL, SHOTGUN,
WAYNE                 SATURDAY AFTER NOVEMBER      MUZZLE LOADING
                      15 THROUGH FIRST SUNDAY      FIREARM, RIFLE OR
                      AFTER DECEMBER 7             LONG BOW ONLY

  S  2. Section 4 of chapter 159 of the laws of 2013, amending the envi-
ronmental conservation law relating to authorizing hunting in the county
of Wayne, is amended to read as follows:
  S 4. This act shall take effect immediately, provided that:
  a. the amendments to paragraph a of subdivision 2 of  section  11-0907
of  the  environmental  conservation law made by section one of this act
shall be subject to the  expiration  and  reversion  of  such  paragraph
pursuant to section 13 of chapter 600 of the laws of 1993, as amended;
  b.  the  amendments  to  item  (f)  of paragraph a of subdivision 2 of
section 11-0907 of the environmental conservation law  made  by  section
two of this act shall be subject to the expiration and reversion of such
