AN ACT to amend chapter 672 of the laws of  1993,  amending  the  public
  authorities  law relating to the construction and financing of facili-
  ties for certain public libraries, in relation to making  a  technical
  amendment involving the Gold Coast public library district

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Subdivision 50 of section 5 of chapter 672 of the  laws  of
1993,  amending  the public authorities law relating to the construction
and financing of facilities for certain public libraries,  as  added  by
chapter 467 of the laws of 2015, is amended to read as follows:
  50. Gold Coast Public Library DISTRICT
  S  2.  This  act  shall take effect immediately and shall be deemed to
have been in full force and effect on and after November 20, 2015.

  Coast  public  library, as proposed in legislative bills numbers S.459
  and A.5251, in relation to making a technical amendment involving  the
  Gold Coast public library district

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Subdivision 50 of section 5 of chapter 672 of the  laws  of
1993,  amending  the public authorities law relating to the construction
and financing of facilities for certain public libraries, as added by  a
chapter  of  the laws of 2015, amending chapter 672 of the laws of 1993,
amending the public authorities law relating  to  the  construction  and
financing  of  facilities  for  certain  public  libraries,  relating to
including the Gold Coast public  library,  as  proposed  in  legislative
bills numbers S.459 and A.5251, is amended to read as follows:
  50. Gold Coast Public Library DISTRICT
  S  2.  This  act  shall  take  effect on the same date and in the same
manner as a chapter of the laws of 2015, amending  chapter  672  of  the
laws  of  1993,  amending  the  public  authorities  law relating to the
construction and financing of facilities for certain  public  libraries,
relating  to  including  the  Gold  Coast public library, as proposed in
legislative bills numbers S.459 and A.5251, takes effect.
