Any mobile phone (including Blackberry, Nokia, Palm and Windows Mobile) with a web browser can access the same legislative data through the NY Senate Mobile Website at:

 http://m.nysenate.gov

These apps are open-source software and are freely licensed for review and re-use. We are interested in working with legislative bodies, non-profits, educational institutes and others to improve the code and expand its use into other mobile apps.
