Easter Egg Hunt In Brooklyn Saturday

 

Brooklyn- State Senator Martin J. Golden, with CERT 1 NYC, will be hosting an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 8, 2006 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at McKinley Park in Brooklyn located at Bay Ridge Parkway and Fort Hamilton Parkway in Brooklyn.

Beyond searching for Easter Eggs, the event will include music and games, face painting, clowns and a potato sack race for the children. Volunteers from CERT 1 NYC will hide over 1,000 candy filled Easter Eggs throughout the Park. The children who find Easter Eggs with gold coins in them will be awarded prizes.

A similar event was held last Sunday in Marine Park and drew over 1,500 attendees.
