Senator Bill Larkin (R-C, Cornwall-on-Hudson), Chairman of the NYS Senate Standing Committee on Racing, Gaming & Wagering and Assemblyman J. Gary Pretlow (D-Mt.Vernon/Yonkers), Chairman of the NYS Assembly Standing Committee on Racing & Wagering will conduct a Joint Legislative Hearing on Tuesday, May 17, 2005 from

** Decrease in handle on in-state races.

** Gaming in surrounding states as direct competition to racing operations.

** Management of the state’s racing franchise.
