PRESS RELEASE: TREES DOWN, POWER OUT
Senator Ball on Hurricane Irene Aftermath
Brewster, N.Y. – (08/28/11) – It will be some time before we know the extent of damage caused by Hurricane Irene. In the meantime, thousands of residents in the 40th Senate District are dealing with the loss of electricity, downed trees, flooded basements and other losses and property damage. Senator Greg Ball (R, C -- Patterson) is assessing the storm's damage and offering information on valuable local resources for area residents.
"Dealing with the aftermath of a storm can be scary and confusing," said Senator Ball. "I want my residents to know that I'm thinking about them and will do whatever it takes to help them get back on their feet," added Ball.
