Sen. Fuschillo Discusses Airline Passengers' Bill Of Rights On National Tv
State Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (8th Senate District) was recently a guest on CNBC’s “Squawk Box” to discuss New York State’s newly enacted Airline Passengers’ Bill of Rights.

Senator Fuschillo spoke with hosts Becky Quick, Joe Kernen, and Carl Quintanilla about why he authored the law, the protections airline passengers in New York State now have, and the importance of enacting these new common sense measures. Senator Fuschillo also urged Congress to enact a similar law to protect airline passengers nationwide.
