State Senator John Flanagan recently taped an episode of Cablevision’s popular "Meet the Leaders", a half-hour program hosted by former Suffolk County Executive Patrick Halpin.

Topics discussed by the Senator included the redevelopment of the Kings Park Psychiatric Center property, the "Help America Vote Act" (HAVA), recently enacted school accountability legislation, Megan’s law, and identity theft.

The program will air throughout the month of August on both the Hauppauge/Brookhaven and Riverhead Cable systems (Channel 18) according to the schedule below:
