State Senator Martin Golden (R-C, Brooklyn), the Chairman of the State Senate Aging Committee, today announced that he has planned a Senior Citizen Town Hall Meeting that will focus on issues affecting the senior citizens in our area The town hall is scheduled for Friday, March 14th at 1:00 p.m. at the Bay Ridge Center located at 6935-4th Avenue.

Representatives from the Medicare Rights Center, Department for the Aging, the Parks Department, Police, Fire and other departments will participate to inform our seniors of what is going on around our community and in our neighborhoods.

This forum will allow for an open discussion regarding any concerns our seniors may have and answer questions on topics that will directly affect their quality of life."
