Senator Marty Golden And The Visiting Nurse Service Of New York To Offer Free Flu Shots To Community

 

Brooklyn- State Senator Martin J. Golden (R-C, 22nd District) today is announcing that in conjunction with the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, free flu shots will be offered on Wednesday, November 16, 2005 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Bay Ridge Manor located at 476-76th Street.

The free flu shots will be made available to those people age 21 and older. Identification is required. Please call Senator Golden’s office at (718) 238-6044 to reserve a flu shot.

Senator Marty Golden stated, "I am proud to partner with the Visiting Nurse Service of New York to make available the flu vaccination available to this community at no cost. It is important that those who require this vaccination, and those wishing to receive the shot, have this opportunity in order to prevent them from illness this winter season."
