Senator Young Tours Progress of New Sewer System in Town of Olean

 Senator Young gets a tour of the progress being made in the Town of Olean where a new sewer system is being installed that will benefit 28 homes still using aging septic systems. Funding for the project was made possible by a $600,000 Small Cities Community Development Block Grant administered by NYS Homes and Community Renewal.
