Joint Legislative Budget Hearing: Higher Education

 New York State Senate Finance Committee Chair Carl Kruger and Assembly Ways and Means Committee Chair Herman “Denny” Farrell, will commence the third joint budget hearing—focused on higher education—Wednesday, January 27th.
Senator Toby Ann Stavisky (Chair, Senate Higher Education) and Assemblymember Deborah J. Glick (Chair, Assembly Higher Education) will also lead the hearing, at which the Governor’s proposed budget, including his proposed cut to the Tuition Assistance Program and necessary modifications will be discussed.
When: January 27, 2010 @ 10 A.M.
