New York State Senate comes to Amherst

Ranzenhofer staff hosts mobile office hours

State Senator Michael H. Ranzenhofer has announced today that his staff will hold mobile office hours at the Eggertsville-Snyder Branch of the Amherst Public Library, 4622 Main Street, on Wednesday, November 2 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

“Many Amherst residents wrote letters, sent e-mails and called my office throughout the legislative session to have their voice heard.  But now that session in Albany is over, I still want to hear from constituents.  That’s why we’re bringing the New York State Senate to Amherst this Wednesday afternoon,” said Senator Ranzenhofer.

A representative from Senator Ranzenhofer’s office will be on hand to listen to residents’ views on important state issues and answer questions concerning state departments or agencies.  Senior Citizens Guides to Health Care Services and Financial Security and Focus on Veterans brochures will also be available.

No appointment is needed.  Amherst residents can contact Senator Ranzenhofer’s District Office by phone at (716) 631-8695 for more information.
