RITCHIE THANKS MORE THAN 50 “SNOW ANGELS” AT ADAMS EVENT

The Adams area was hit particularly hard by the storm, which closed Route 81 and caused more than 150 motorists to take refuge in the community. Making the event possible was the support from several organizations and local businesses including the Adams Fire Department, the Adams Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, Maines Paper & Food Service, Inc., Dunkin’ Donuts, Pearl’s Pastry Shoppe, Kraft Foods and Tops Friendly Markets. As part of the event, Senator Ritchie invited the public to share their “storm stories,” which can be viewed by clicking here.
