SENATOR GOLDEN OFFERS $5000 REWARD TO HELP SOLVE THE MURDER OF BENSONHURST BUSINESS OWNER ISAAC KADARE

Brooklyn – State Senator Martin J. Golden (R-C-I, Brooklyn) is announcing that he is offering a $5000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction in the murder of Bensonhurst business owner Isaac Kadare, found murdered last night in his 86th Street store.

Senator Golden’s reward adds to the $5000 offered by Councilman David Greenfield and the Sephardic Community Federation, bringing the total reward to $10,000.

Senator Marty Golden stated, “This is a tragedy that has left the residents and business owners in the Brooklyn community I represent in shock. Mr. Kadare was a Brooklyn man, who while living the American dream, was killed at work trying to make a good life for his family. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife and four children, and I offer my sincerest sympathies.”

Golden continued, “I am offering this reward in an effort to solve this murder and to bring justice in this case. 86th Street in the early evening hours is a busy street and I believe someone saw something. I encourage anyone in that area last night to contact the authorities.”

Anyone with information is asked to call the 62nd Precinct at (718) 236-2611 or Senator Golden’s office at (718) 238-6044, or visit the Crime Stoppers website at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
