S.1340 Allowing Optometrists to Issue Handicap Tags, Passes Senate

Yesterday S.1340 [3] passed the Senate unanimously. The bill allows optometrists to issue certificates of disability for visually disabled persons so they may obtain handicap vehicle registrations, plates and permits.
