    “I am so glad and proud that the President has announced his support for true marriage equality.Last year, the Senate Democratic Conference provided the overwhelming majority of votes to passsame sex marriage in New York. Today, I am hopeful that with the help of President Obama thiswave of equality will spread across the Country and all citizens will experience true equality.”
