The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) website includes a section providing comprehensive information and periodic updates on the DEC's Oil, Gas and Solution Mining Regulatory Program -- including the latest public comment period opening today and continuing through 5:00 p.m. on January 11, 2013.
