Elmira, N.Y., December 14—State Senator Tom O’Mara (R-C, Big Flats) released the following statement on today’s tragedy at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut:
“On behalf of all of the residents of the Southern Tier and Finger Lakes regions, our thoughts and deepest expressions of sympathy go out to the people of Connecticut on this heartbreaking day. It’s senseless and terrible, and our most heartfelt prayers will remain with the victims, the families and the entire community of Newtown and Sandy Hook Elementary School.”
