A visit from Miss New York

Ted and Liza discussing her schoolwork, which currently includes learning about the three branches of government.

Penfield's own Liza Cotter, Miss New York from the National American Miss organization, stopped by my office today.

She told me about her work fighting cyber-bullying alongside Citizens Against Teen Suicide. She is a remarkably poised and articulate young woman and I wish her great success in drawing attention to a very important cause during her reign.
