Senator Stavisky honors Russian WWII veterans at V-E Day luncheon

Senator Toby Ann Stavisky presents a certificate to Yefim Tsimbalyuk, a Flushing resident who fought in the Russian Army in World War II.  His military service and that of 48 other veterans were honored at a luncheon commemorating V-E Day.
