Sen. Stavisky and Assemblywoman Meng announce assistance for constituents applying for HEAP

    Sen. Toby Ann Stavisky and Assemblywoman Grace Meng announce assistance for constituents applying for HEAP.  The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) is a federal progarm administered by the New York State Human Resources Adminisration that helps low income homeowners and renters pay bills for heating fuel, equipment and repairs. 


    Sen. Stavisky and Assemblywoman Meng will have a constituent liaison from the Human Resources Adminisration each week to help qualifying Queens residents apply for HEAP benefits.  A list of documents necessary to apply is available in English, Chinese and Korean.
