    Step 1:


    Contact your Landlord


    Allow your Building Management the Chance to Restore Heat


    Step 2:


    Call 3-1-1


    Record your complaint number and an HPD inspector will visit your building to issue violations or make boiler repairs.


    Step 3:

    Our Constituent Services Associates will work with you, the Public Advocate, your landlord and HPD to ensure heat is restored as quickly as possible.
