Sen. Toby Ann Stavisky and Assemblywoman Grace Meng speak with MTA LIRR President Helena Williams (left) and MTA President and CEO Jay Walder (right) about progress on the Queens side of the East Side Access project.  Behind them is one of the tunnel boring machines, which will connect Manhattan and Queens, enabling the Long Island Railroad to service Grand Central Station.
