Senator Andrew Lanza continues to urge President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder to pull the plug on their ill-conceived plan to try Sept. 11 terrorist suspects in New York City civil court.

 

Lanza contends that it is wrong for the Obama administration to afford Khalid Shaikh Mohammed and his fellow mass murderers the same privileges and rights afforded to American citizens under the U.S. Constitution.
