They Call for Passage of the Dream Act in New York

The Youth Leadership Council (YLC), the original advocates of the New York State Dream Act, along with Senator Perkins who introduced the first version of the Act, and other elected officials held a press conference on Friday, March 7th demanding that the New York State Senate pass the Dream Act which has already successfully passed the New York State Assembly.
