The Governor is thinking about delaying the return of state income tax refunds. This is a terrible idea. Let’s work together to help him change his mind!

Please sign this on-line petition to get the tax refunds out the door as soon as possible. I will deliver the petition to the Governor in the next few weeks to let him know how we feel.

In addition, I am supporting legislation that would prohibit governors and the State Tax Department from withholding refunds in the future.
