Senator Padavan (Queens) honored the Deepdale Gardens Community Council, Inc. of Little Neck, during their annual blood drive held on August 9th at the Samuel Field Y. The Deepdale Gardens Community Council’s annual blood drive is the largest one-day drive in New York City. The drive attracts more than 200 donors and is done in partnership with the New York Hospital of Queens. Padavan presents the Deepdale Community Council members with a Senate Proclamation honor the Councils contributions to the community and commending them for their annual blood drive.

New York State Senator Frank Padavan (Queens) announced today that he will be hosting his annual Fall Community Health and Wellness Expo for families and seniors throughout Northeast Queens on Saturday, November 21st. The expo will take from 11 am to 2 pm at Our Lady of the Snows Church located at 258-15 80th Ave.
Throughout the morning and early afternoon Northeast Queens residents will be able to access free health screenings, services and information related to their health and wellnes.
On Saturday, November 21st, Senator Frank Padavan (Queens) hosted his annual Fall Community Health and Wellness Expo at Our Lady of the Snows Church in Floral Park. Throughout the late morning and early afternoon, families, seniors and residents were able to access free health services including screening and information related to their health and wellness. Free services included testing for blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol, body fat analysis, dental screenings, hearing screenings and vision screenings.
On Saturday afternoon, June 5, New York State Senator Frank Padavan (Queens) joined with local high school students and residents at the Relay for Life event at Cunningham Park. Established by the American Cancer Society the event raises funds and increases awareness in the fight against cancer. Throughout the day teams compete to raise money for cancer research and education by walking around the park oval.
