Winner Establishes Offices In Albany, Elmira

<i>Senator Winner encourages residents to contact<br />his offices for state government assistance.</i>

Elmira, N.Y.-- State Senator George H. Winner, Jr. (R-Elmira), beginning his first term representing the 53rd Senate District, today released contact information for State Senate offices he has established in Elmira and Albany. Winner added that he hopes to establish a satellite office in Steuben County as soon as possible. He encouraged area residents to utilize his offices for assistance with concerns and questions involving New York State government."It's my responsibility to address concerns, answer questions and help facilitate access to state programs and services.

Winner Begins First Term In State Senate

<i>Senator Winner takes the Oath of Office at a<br />ceremony presided over by Senate Majority Leader Joseph L. Bruno. The Oath was administered by New York State Court of Claims Judge Judith A. Hard.

Albany, N.Y.-- George H. Winner, Jr. (R-Elmira), the region’s newly elected Senator, was sworn in today to begin his first term in the New York State Senate and he pledged to carry on a "tradition of accessibility and teamwork in representing the communities of the 53rd Senate District." Winner succeeds former State Senator John "Randy" Kuhl, Jr., who succeeded Representative Amo Houghton in the 29th Congressional District.
