Mahopac, N.Y. – 9/04/2012 – Senator Greg Ball (Patterson – R, C) joined students and administration of Mahopac High School on Tuesday evening at the ribbon cutting to officially open Mahopac’s new state-of-the-art artificial turf football field. Senator Ball was happy to announce at the ribbon cutting that a $150,000 capital grant was successfully secured to upgrade baseball and softball fields across the campus.

YORKTOWN, N.Y. – Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino and other local leaders gathered in Yorktown on Thursday morning to celebrate a ruling by the state Supreme Court that the MTA payroll tax is unconstitutional.

Somers, N.Y. – (8/22/12) –Senator Greg Ball (R, C-Patterson), appeared in Somers today before hundreds of senior citizens to unveil his tax reform plan that includes a local option to freeze school taxes for seniors, a circuit breaker to tie what homeowners pay in property taxes to their ability to pay, comprehensive unfunded mandate relief and reforms to the Property Tax Cap, making it tougher to override.
