Andrew Bowman receives the Excelsior Award for Excellence

Senator John A. DeFrancisco congratulates Andrew Bowman, who received the New York State Assembly’s Excelsior Award for Excellence. Andrew is very active in the community and with Special Olympics. Last year, he went to the Special Olympic competition in Binghamton, New York, where he won a gold medal in the free-style swimming event.
