Senator Bonacic met with representatives from the NYS Volunteer Ambulance and Rescue Association in his Albany office. The focus of the meeting centered on the issues that these first responders face on a daily basis, as well as legislation affecting the Association.

SENATOR BONACIC RECOGNIZES THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONDERS FROM SULLIVAN COUNTY

This past Friday, Senator Bonacic attended the Catskill Regional Medical Center’s 3rd Annual County-Wide Celebration and Awards Dinner. The dinner is a celebration of those who have dedicated their lives to the safety, protection and health of the residents of Sullivan County, and Senator Bonacic was pleased to thank the men and women for their service to the community.

SENATOR BONACIC HONORS EMS PROFESSIONALS KILLED IN THE LINE OF DUTY

Senator Bonacic attended and delivered remarks at the annual Emergency Medical Services Memorial Dedication Ceremony in Albany today. Bonacic was joined by members of the legislature, honored guests, and EMS professionals from around the state to pay respect to the men and women who keep us safe in our communities. This year, the names of Ross E. Huffer of the Nesconsent Fire Department and Andre M. Maurice of the Richmondville EMS were added to the memorial wall. Both paramedics were killed in the line of duty in 2014.

Senator Bonacic Attends Orange County EMS Council Awards Dinner

Senator Bonacic stopped by the Orange County EMS Council’s Awards Dinner last evening to thank all the first responders for the work that they do every day to protect their local communities. The Awards Ceremony honors those men and women who give of themselves to care for and protect their friends and neighbors.
