ELLENVILLE NAACP's ANNUAL BACK TO SCHOOL-STAY IN SCHOOL PICNIC & RALLY

On Saturday, August 14th I attended the Ellenville NAACP's Annual Back to School-Stay in School Picnic & Rally held at Berme Park, Ellenville.

Jillian Dolce, an 8th grade student from Minisink Valley Middle School visited Senator Bonacic to discuss her Not-for-Profit, "One Step at a Time, Inc."

On Wednesday, July 27th, 2011, Jillian Dolce an 8th grade student from Minisink Valley Middle School visited Senator Bonacic to discuss her Not-for-Profit organization, One Step at a Time, Inc."  Jillian started her nonprofit organization last year while organizing a walk for Lymphoma Research in honor of one of her teachers.  Jillian was able to rais over $16,000.00, all of which was donated to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center for Lymphoma Research.

Jillian is currently organizing her 2nd Annual Walk for Lymphoma to be held on September 25th, 2011 in Shannon Park, Slate Hill, N.Y.  All proceeds will benefit Memorial Sloan-Kettering Center for Lymphoma Research.
