Rally to Call for the Completion of East Side Pedestrian Islands and Bikes Lane

Join Senator Serrano, pedestrians, cyclists, advocates, and other elected officials as they stand on the steps of City Hall to call for the completion of pedestrian and bike improvements on First and Second Avenues.
